  Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large and cleaned with fresh towels daily. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable prices. - The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

  We enjoyed our stay in Madrid! The room was very nice, clean and decorated with a lot of love. It was in the city center and all sights are in walking distance. The personal was very friendly and warm-hearted. We felt welcome and would recommend the hostal. :-) - Everything was excellent!   from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. I was traveling with my mom and we felt like we were with family form the lobby until the kitchen everyone is so helpful, the locations is great you go to the terrace and you have the Royal Palace right on from of you. we were like 5 minutes wa... mitä ihmiset sanovat » lking to the public transportation. I will recommend it to all of my friends. jus make sure if you want to be used the terrace at night make reservati - The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),
