Great location in Gracia, a bit away from the very touristy areas (like La Rambla), but well-connected with metro and buses. Clean throughout and a lovely terrace, and as we visited in the off-season it felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves, as it was very quiet.

The apartment was large, simply furnished but clean with all the relevant equipment in place and working. The widescreen SMART TV and free wi fi was a definite plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The appartment is centrally located and very close to Place Cataluyna (Centre of Barcelona) and Las Ramblas. Its also very quiet, yet close to many eateries and beautiful sites. Would most definitely recommend it

Welcome and facilities were great.We were able to park the car, for a fee, in the underground car park. Free wi fi was great for the children and we were able to book tickets in advance for trips. The flat was beautifully decorated , well equipped , quiet , clean and perfect for a family . The position was great -with restaurants , small supermarket type shops in the same road ,near all the beautiful department stores on Passeig de Gracia , and also near the metro as well as the turistic hop on off bus stop .It is about a 15 minute pleasant walk to La Rambla. Very spacious clean apartments with living room, kitchen and en-suite bedroom. The apartment is very new and very well equipped. The free wifi was good, good tv, well equipped kitchen, good bed, powerful shower. The AC was effective (only really used once). We were met at the apartment where we paid our deposit and taxes by credit card, all very easy.
The apartment is very close to a metro (underground) stop with very frequent trains to the centre. There was a small supermarket across the road.

Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom.
It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town.
