The staff were very friendly, we travelled in a group of 10 and were quiet noisy some of the time but we were made to feel welcome. Not many made it down for breakfast but those who did said it was fine just what you expect from a Spanish hotel. We didnt eat any other meals in the hotel as it is so cheap to eat out around Benidorm we didn't bother. Most of our time was spent in the bar which was a very nice place to sit out and we found the prices very reasonable.

We have stayed in many hotels in Benidorm over the years & this is by far the best & the one we will return to time & time again. This was my second stay in 4 months - only short stay but very pleased with everything. The food has improved greatly in the evening. Room for improvement breakfast - juices orange etc. powdery not fresh. Also perhaps more choices of fruit. Excellent staff, very friendly and professional. Nice comfy big beds with soundproof room; so no noise from the street or other guests at night. Large TV with various ITV, news & BBC channel's. Spacious bathroom with a large bath & power shower. Food was very good. Good location; 5 mins from the beach, bars & shops. General decor was excellent and very clean. The staff were excellent, smart and friendly and spoke good English. We were a group of 24 and we liked the English singer at lunch time and enjoyed relaxing in the bar while waiting for our rooms. Hotel was very modern and clean, friendly staff, good choice of food, although sometimes a little cold. It is a good location for the nightlife of Benidorm. We would stay there again at the drop of a hat! A very enjoyable 4 days. Situation/location of hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for all the amenities in Benidorm, facilities at the hotel were good. The food at the restaurant was excellent, way above what we expected, would definitely stay there again. No tea coffee facilites in room. Only stayed 2 nights food good on the 2nd and not so good on the 1st. Room comfortable and location good. Would stay here again but maybe only B & B. The room and the view was perfect. Nine ladies stayed in 3 twin rooms. More than enough space and very clean. Stayed at the Flash for 3 nights it was very clean the staff were really helpful the food was really nice plenty of choice . The coffee at breakfast was as bad as it gets and the orange juice was some sort of powdered rubbish. No Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room. Booking in was very slow as there was only one receptionist on duty although there are two desks. The coffee at breakfast, the machine definately needs upgrading as does the juice machine, it was awful, such a disappointment when the breakfast was so good. The only complaint I have. no tea making facilities in the room is the only thing i wish was there apart from that everthing else was to a very high standard. No free Wi Fi. We were not keen on the Sunday evening meal, too bland, and really not enough choice. Basic but good. Breakfast was good, everything to choose from but no porridge!!. When booking in and going into my room, there was no information about the hotel or surroundings. I didn't realise there was a gym and sauna until 2 days into my visit. Also there was no information re room service, I received the information after asking twice at the reception, again this took 2 days into my vacation. Internett cost 9,5 Euro for 6 hours. Not too sure about the entertainer on the front bar, was too loud so couldn't have a conversation without shouting, was ok for couples that didn't have anything to talk about ha ha. It is very hot in the rooms. Wasn't so keen on the firm beds although my personal preference and others may like them also wallpaper hanging of ceiling in bathroom was a bit untidy and not nice to shower under. There was nothing to dislike. Organisation at booking was awful, no tea/coffee in rooms and no sparkling wine at breakfast. Happy hour was a waste as it only extended to pints and not shorts. Reception was amatuer. Dining room was far too small for the numbers staying there. No Coffe and Tea facilities available after breakfast. The pillow in the bedroom. WiFi charge. The dinig room is too small at busy times ,we were asled to leave the dining area befpore we finished our meal ,that is not good enough even though we did get a complimentary bottle of cava,it advertises an indoor pool which is not in the hotel and only open a few hours a day in an hotel 100 yards away ,the gym may as well not be there it is useless. i thought the food was awful and although i would stay at the hotel again i certainly would not book half board. The food wasvery nice but a bit too cold most of the time. Arriving at the door by car. Trying to unload cases outside and being told by the bar staff to move along. Not a friendly introduction. If i had been arriving alone it would have been quite difficult. Had to leave the car in no parking area until we arranged parking with reception. Room was not serviced as I was in bed when they came and didn't return later. We didn't end up using the included Breakfast, it was like a stampede. I think the hotel should not charge for Wifi as most hotels now are free. Also the pool is shaded a lot and you have to keep moving to follow the sun. The manager!!. Nothing to dislike. No free W-Fi.
