We enjoyed our stay at this apartment the location was good close enough to the square but no noise when we wanted to sleep. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Points out of 10 would be 10+
the appartment was well kitted out for family with all the essentials you needed,washing machine ,cooker,toaster etc.
while iwas in my appartment cleaning up on my own a male employee entered with a key to hand out leaflets about tv channels. i was very startled and when i complained to the office they thought nothing of it,but from that evening on i refused to stay in the appartment on my own or with the kids unless my husband was there with us ,and that happened on the tues of arriving.
We were on the 18 floor it had a lovely view of the beach and a lovely pool down stairs

Shower cabin was to small, but maybe this is only in the apartment we stayed.
We were on 27th floor lovely view of the sea. At night lovely views of the lights of benidorm. Modern apartments with all facilities really comfortable. Reception very helpful. Everywhere spotless. Good sized pool.
10am checkout a little early. A dvd player be great when children staying( we brought out own)

The location to the beach etc, was only a five minute stroll away. The apartment was fairly clean, however to say that we booked a non smoking apartment, we were wuite surprised to see cigarrette burns on the bidet. Still, we did enjoy our stay, and have recommended you to other friends.
Being 25 floors up. Having our small dogs with us, this would have been better had we been lower down. The utility room was quite smelly. Also we found that the pictures you put on the web site what we thought we were going into, were in fact pictiures of the two bedroomed apartments and not the one. The beds are quite small, as my husband is 6ft 2 inches tall. Although quite clean, we did feel that maybe a few areas could do with a good clean i.e.the corners in the bathroom.
