Interesting hotel and design. Waiter (who I believe is a Co-owner) was very polite and helpful and really tried to make our dinner experience very enjoyable. He even suggested to provide some out of menu dishes if we wanted. Bathroom tiles had a "shocking visual" impact which isn't normal in a bathroom. Everything was clean and new. The choice was
