Situated amongst vineyards, the Vrede en Lust manor house dates back to 1688 and has been converted into elegant cottages with open fireplaces. The extensive gardens include an outdoor pool. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The air-conditioned house and cottages each contain a lounge with original features such as wooden floors and chandeliers, as well as a flat-screen TV. They all have modern private bathrooms and boast views over the surrounding countryside. Guests of the manor house can prepare meals in the country-style kitchen and the cottages are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Lust Bistro, is open for breakfast and lunch daily.
