Everything was great. Very welll located. Clean. You feel like at home. It is not a hotel in the classical meaning, but you will find all what you need for a calm and successful stay. I like this hotel and i will highly recommend it. Special thanks to zuhra that help us in evry single details. The location is really cool, 10 minutes from metro; there are bars and cozy restaurants not that far from the hotel. The staff of the hotels are young friendly girls ready to help. We were pretty surprised when they say breakfast is included although not written when booking.
kaikki arvostelut » For the price, I simply couldn't find a better option. Location was great, very central and walking distance to red square. The rooms are clean. modern and in a good condition. The bathroom was to a high standard too, making time spent in the room pleasant. Very good location, walkable distance to the top tourist attractions and metro station. Friendly staff, they let us use the room after checkout time and assisted a lot. Clean and nice. - Very clean and comfortable, - Wireless - Air conditioning - very friendly personal - not far from Metro-station, 20 minutes to city center. The hotel is located in the city's new dinning area and is close to most of the tourist destination . The staffs are very helpful. The hotel rooms were nice and clean, had an air-conditioning and a television. The young staff was helpful. Very nice hotel in the center of Moscow, everything was new as we stay in hotel after 2 month of it's work. The hotel is brand new and very clean. Not a 5 star hotel for sure but for thos money very good place !. Very nice hotel! Hotel location excellent for metro access and restaurents etc. Staff spone reasonable english so no hasles there. Clean room, air-conditioned and a decent bath room. A more attentive attitude to clients!. Location. Nothing. Could hardly find the entrance, no table because of the new hotel; no site of the same reason. The lack of storage space in the room was more amusing than a real negative, but worth mentioning. The fittings in the bathroom weren't actually fixed down (sink / shower etc..). Again not a real negative but very amusing! The staff's English wasn't great, and if I wasn't with an Russian I think communication about a few issues had would have been difficult. Lack of elevator. - Sometimes difficult to interact in english, but the personal is helpful enough so that everything runs smoothly. Bit hard to find the hotel. Credit cards were not allowed due to hotel is new( 2 month after opening). Smoking in the rooms. Bur same problem in all hotels in moscow. - hard to find at first time. Hot water was not available on one day, but I was told it is usual in Moscow in the summertime. no elevator. Hotel in an off street position so took a while to find at night first. Walls as thin as paper so expect a few noises!! If you are on a budget there will be down sides in expensive Moscow!. The price and the staff is not friendly. Poor privacy. It is not a hotel, it is a revamped flat turned into a hotel with all that implies...
