  Room and bathroom very comfortable, nice design of interior with interesting forms and colors. Excellent breakfast!!! Lady at the bar should get a very special thanks - she was all the time busy, but took timely care of all guests (shift on 19.07 evening).   We liked location, it near the two lakes, you can rent bicycles(one problem - only two), near the lakes you can rent motor scooter, kajak, water bicycles and etc. In the rooms are enough space, but there were not any soap or shower gel. This hotel is really quiete - good conditious for family or elder people.   Pavel (the owner) and his family were extremely helpful and friendly. Augustow is not well known but it is well worth a visit; beautiful lakes and rivers and great location for kayaking and cycling. - Great experience to live in one of the many wooden houses you only see from the outside.   The staff were very helpful. The room was clean but rather small and we felt rather cramped as we were staying for several days and would have liked to spread out a but more. The food at breakfast was very good indeed. Did not use the restaurant in the evening as the restaurant was very dimly lit and always seemed to be full of coach parties. Good location,(although on a busy main road)good clean rooms,very good breakfast. Good staff,especially Katharzyna?,she is one of the best Front desk/receptionists i have ever met,with so much happiness and helpfullness. This hotel gets better each time we stay here.

  The owner was so helpful, even told us where our ancestors used to live and where some still do live. That was the purpose of our trip to Poland. Breakfasts were delicious, the ground were beautiful, the kitchen well stocked. A washing machine was in the bathroom for our use.
