  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view was absolutely fantastic. My parents had one room, my wife, 2 year old daughter and I another, and we loved it. For the price we paid, the accomodations were wonderful and if I ever go to Yokohama again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.   The hotel is well located, niear Shin- Yokohama station (shinkansen, jr lines and subway). However remember that Shin-yokohama is not the same as Yokohama and you need to take a train to get to the centre of the town The location is very convenient if you have a jr Pass and you plan to take shinkansen in order to go to places like Kyoto, Osaka or ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » even to downtown Tokyo. The staff was very helpful. I made a reservation for a non smoking room, but apparently it was a smoking one but deodorized. ( - Very comfortable, good service, efficient service, good location for travel into city or further afield as near Shinkansen line. Not too fancy but good basics.
