  Prior to the trip, I had emailed them with queries, and they were very helpful in providing information, offering to pick us up from the bus station. One of the younger staff could speak both English and Chinese, so it made communication much easier.   I loved Ohara Sansou. It was exactly the kind of experience I was looking for when I was touring Japan with my sweetheart and I wanted to show him a little bit of what the slow-life might be like in Japan. After a few days in Tokyo we hopped the Shinkansen to Kyoto and took the bus out to Ohara. So relaxing and so nice to sit in the onsen and see the surrounding mountains and trees. Would be great to see in full Autumn colours. The dinner and breakfast were traditional Japanese but were great too. Great service when I forgot my camera and they drove back down to the bus stop to give it to me.
