  Sapporo Grand is an excellent Hotel with Excellent service. We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. We first met staff member Hideto Sawagashira at the front desk. Even though they were very Busy the staff, in Particular Mr Sawagashira made us feel at ease and made our stay Fantastic. We really love this hotel, room is comfortable and cleanliness,excellent service in front desk staffs. the most important thing is location is very convenient. I would like to thank Mr kimio Mori, assistant manager of inbound sales sects., he helped us to make a call to airline to clarify some of our questions before leaving for new chitose airport. without his kind helps,we might have some troubles in airports.

Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that closes around 4 am in the morning. Great service, really good location (a few minutes from the JR station). Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes. Really recommend this hotel.
