  Simple, but verry nice hotel. The location was excellent. Close to the Shinkansen and close the japanese garden. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff like family. All in all, i felt like home. Thank you very much....... - Staff were very helpful and flexible, I would return to this hotel again.   The onsen, the spa on the top floor, was great. Views of Mount Fuji were also good. Aslo very convenient to the train line (shinkansen and local rail) and bus terminal, for access to Mount Fuji. - Very good hotel, the Room is small but the staff team is awesome. They can speak a good English too.
