Apartment was very light and comfortable. It's away from Portoferraio, but if you travel by car is a good place to stay. Village is smal and quite. From your windows you see the seacoast (lovely views). Apartment had any equipment needed, the only problem was TV (which transmitted only 3 channels...but it's not a big problem). We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!
