Comfortable,spacious [superior double] room and bathroom. The provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a plus for Italy.
A larger hotel than we normally use - more aimed at the business / conference community and therefore a bit impersonal, although when we had queries the staff were most helpful and made several phone enquiries

Excellent modern hotel near to the center of Udine. Quiet location. Rooms with individually adjustable air condition. Large windows. Big beds with very good mattresses. Nice outdoor terrace to take a drink in the evening. Comfortable parking in garage of hotel. Breakfast very good. Absolutely recommendable.

Excellent hotel - clean, cozy, with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed at the annex building, which is very nicely designed. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center and has an on-site parking. Highly recommended! -

It was wonderful to see happy faces every morning, and all day long, everybody from the receptionists were very helpfull and nice to you. Breakfast ok (not replenishing after 9.20, ususally), but ok, quite good (may be the bread should be a little improve...just a sugestion). The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. -
