Diana, the owner, is a wonderful woman, welcoming, warm and giggly.
Equipped apartment, modern, spacious and clean. There is car parking
space. Breakfast in the kitchen of Diana really excellent. In the yard
there were six puppies that our kids were happy to play with them. Drive

Diana nad her husband were really friendly. They showed us around the
apartment and showed us how everything worked. The apartment was a
little bit outside Venice, but with free parking at the train station,
and cheap tickets into Venice, the location was ideal. Diana was really
helpful in giving us guidance on Venice and what to see and do there.
She also provided a good selection during breakfast, with cold meats,
breads, cereals and fresh coffee.

We used this hotel as our base for exploring Venice. It was a 15 minute stroll to the station or 5 minute drive away (free parking at the station) from there it was a 40 minute train ride. The room is tidy and clean with a beaufully decorated bath room. Although it is a little bit small, it is very warm and comfortable. The facilities are all new, and easy to use. What's more, it is very easy to park your car around the hotel. - Staff was wonderful. Interesting art collection.

This B&B has beautiful designed rooms, spacious, new and very clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is close to a bus terminal and very convenient to go to Venice by bus. Breakfast has lovely home baked cakes. Internet were fast and easy to use. Good value for money.
