Closeness to city centre and the palace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to get breakfast too. Staff stopped traffic so that we could get in and out of the parking, which was secure and locked although a little small and a very tight gateway. -

staff was very welcoming; received us in the privet entrance and came to the privet parking to take our bags, showed us to the room and helped us look for a restaurant. the room was clean, had cable tv with english speaking channels, and the bed was super comfortable. the hotel has a pool, restaurant and a bar. -
