  My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

  Very nice hotel, we had a suite with a terrace at the front of the hotel and it was lovely. About a 20 minute easy walk from the centre, but regular buses available if needed, and airport bus stop very close.   We had a fabulous 1 night stay at the Hilton on our way to Taormina to enjoy the rest of our honeymoon! It was exceptionally clean,the staff were fabulous and very helpful when asking directions to where we were heading the morning after and the breakfast was delicious!   The hotel is centrally located in Palermo, close to the various places that would be of interest to tourists. There were a number of good restaurants in the neighborhood and shopping on the nearby via Roma, if one were so inclined.
