  This is a residence, not a hotel, where there is housekeeping service without breakfast or coffee/tea set in the room, but if you need accommodation to feel at home, this is the right place to stay. We previously stayed here for more than 1 month before finding an apartment to rent and found it very comfortable to stay. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with some good restaurants within a short walking distance.   The room was cleaner and more spacious than I expected. It was the best 3-star hotel room that I had stayed. It looked like a 4-star hotel room. It was really hot outside higher than 35 degree in celsius! But the air conditioner worked very well and we could stay in the room being comfortable and refreshing. No noisy during day and night. The position of the apartments is about 1.5km away from San.
