  The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient.   Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs.   This hotel had a fabulous location right in the heart of Florence. The rooms were great, very clean and spacious, and ours even had a balcony which was great. Breakfast was also lovely. - it was easy to get from the train station and situated near everything. the people working there was very friendly.
