Great location- just a convenient bus ride from the historic center yet close to great and more reasonably priced dining locations that the locales enjoy . Try "the Sweet Wine Bar". You'll find parking more reasonable as well if you on a road tour of Italy. I really liked the hotel. The personal was very friendly, specially Martina who helped us a lot with information, reservations, tips, etc. I will definitely return to Florence, and I will definitely stay at Ferrucci.

Everything you need is at walking distance, bars, post office, grocery store... Perfect location,just 10 or 15 minutes from Ponte vecchio and all main attractions.Safe Private Parking. Extremely polite staff & very helpfull .And of course the rooms were beautiful . Rooms are clean and elegant. Spacious and newly renovated bathroom. Friendly staff. The hotel is positioned relatively close to the historic center (15-20 min walk). Everything is ok, a little bit far from city center but very good bus connection. Close to piazzale Michelangelo where you can get the panoramic view of florence. Nice bedroom, comfortable bed and modern style, brand new bathroom. Our bedroom had access to a terrace (although it's quite noisy). Very helpful staff. Very good hotel for 2 star: friendly stuff, clean room with painted ceiling. A decent hotel, close to the city center(20 min walk). Location was useful. New bathroom and nice ceelings. The fresco painted on the ceiling of the bedroom. Receptionist was helpful. it's close to the water. just so so. /. The only bad thing was the mosquitoes. Some mosquito nets would stay in this hotel a pleasure. Just a common 2 star hotel, not too many specialists, but we feel satisfied. Next to a main road so bit noisy, although the double glazing makes it ok to sleep. There is no door between reception and bedrooms, so if people check in or out late or early, you'll be woken up. * Nothing really. The wi-fi was slow. no elevator, no breakfast. Not so close to main atractions a bit noisy in the morning may be very noisy in the summer if you leave the window open. Nothing, everything was great!. Limited wifi in our particular room. They don't provide toothbrush It's a bit noisy. no parking service. Not warm. Was a bit noisy (both street noises and other next room guests noises). A bit far if you walk to town, they charge you extra for staying tax. Very small room with limited space to even put the suitcase. A good 15min walk to the center, the car park is very small max 5 cars & the path down is very steep it was so steep that the bottom of our car dragged on the floor & we drive a scenic so not a low profile car. Parking is paid almost the same price like on the street! No airconditioning. Noisy street next to the hotel which I didn't find in the description of the hotel!!! Breakfasts are paid. There was a terrible smell of sewers in the bedroom which is not acceptable in any hotel. Despite my claims to the reception office, nothing has been made to solve this problem. The breakfast "rooms" are 2 little cellars converted (was not mentioned at booking step). Room was very small despite the description ("this greater room ..."). Air-conditioning was not working our first day and night, we felt ourself as being in a sauna. (By next evening it was fixed, but it could not cold really down the room) With opened window it was very noisy, and there were mosquitoes. We were disappointed. If you don`t have reserved parking place the parking is hell. - the parking is quite steep and you can touch the ground underneath - in the description it said every room has frescoes but ours didn't - the rooms was smaller then it looked in the pictures - very noisy the doors don't close very well so people tend to slam them - it's quite far from the center on foot - a lot of mosquitos even in late september. A little far away from the center. The room is tiny, especially the washing room. When we check out, the staff made a mistake of the room fee, and corrected it when I pointed out. They'd better more careful.
