The host and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived she booked 2 museums for us as she said we would have to wait in a long line without them and were grateful she did. The room was big and had a great bathroom and shower you could walk in. There was also a safe in the room. Everything was decorated to a high standard and you can tell she takes pride in the place. The location was also very good as we could walk to the city in about 10 min and we thought it would be a bigg.
kaikki arvostelut » Stayed here for three nights in September 2013. The B&B is located 5 minutes (walking) from the main train station in Florence. It is on the ground floor of a beautiful, traditional style building. The room was big, the bathroom spacious, and both were kept immaculately clean during our stay. The service was excellent and very friendly. We received welcoming emails from the manager/owner prior to our arrival, and the hostess, Stella, was lovely. She gave us lots of top tips for local. Julia and Stella are excellent hosts, providing very useful information and tips on sightseeing, and making reservations for us at Uffizzi Museum. Breakfast was a mixture of fresh fruit and delicious pastries and cakes, and excellent coffee. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, and those on the garden courtyard, which we had for our last night, very pleasantly open onto a quiet garden. Reasonably located not far from Florence smn station, and within 2 km of most city sights North of th. The B&B owner and her daughter is very friendly and helpful. They introduced us how to go to the scenic spots when we arrived Firenze on the first day. The room near the garden with classical furniture is beautiful,big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice with delicious croissants, cakes, fruits and good coffee. Our host was helpful, informative and pointed us to attractions as well as helped us make a reservation for Uffizi. She graciously allowed us to keep our luggage there for half a day after we had checked out. Our bedroom was large with a set of beautiful custom furniture (I think all of the furniture in the B&B is one set). The host, Guilia, and her daughter Stella are lovely people and a pleasure to stay with. Any reasonable request is no problem for them to handle. They made our stay very comfortable from day 1 and were always able to give good advice on activities / tours / restaurants in the area. The staff were great very helpful and friendly gave advice on where to eat. Location very close to train station which was great and easy enough to walk in and around Florence, Big room clean And tidy water left in the little fridge for us. Would certainly stay again and recommend. location-very close to train station; friendly staff which is held by Giulia the mother and her daughter Stella; very quiet; cozy; nice decoration; spacious rooms and view on garden; free wifi- I recommend the room to others and would stay there again should I visit Florence again. We were treated royally. Fresh baked good each morning - delicious. They helped in suggesting close-by family-type restaurants where locals eat. The little garden was a plus. It's easy to reach the B&B from the train station. Breakfast include rich selections. Bathroom was big and comfortable. It's an excellent choice for couples. Good atmosphere, what you see in booking photos is exactly what you get, was not let down at all. The owners are lovely people and very helpful. We enjoyed the individual style of the BB. We would recommend this place. 10/10. The host is so nice that she prepared for us with delicious hand-made cakes and croissant. The room is the most comfortable that I ever tried. The hotel is near the railway station, very easy to find. I love Tiffany!. Staff were brilliant, recommended great resturaunts that were inexpensive but good quality. They also organsied tours which were great, I would recommend the Legends of Florence tour which is on at night time. The officer is friendly. The bedroom and toilet are clean and large. It has refrigerator and heater. The breakfast looks delicious. There is a area outside for relaxing (unfortunately, it was raining that day). We got a very nice room! It looked nice and was very clean. Especially the bathroom was very nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful! She provided us with good information about Florence. The staff was great,they helped us very much to get to know about around. The breakfast was delicious,home made cakes,cookies. The room was big and comfortable,same with the bathroom. The location being 10 mins walk from station and therefore from old city and with a garden room very relaxing. Very good welcoming. Rooms are very nice and romantic with nice inside garden :). V friendly Staff, V clean. It's 10 minutes walk from Florence Central Station. As the city is small, it's easy to get everywhere by foot. Nothing really. But if there was a vending machine in reception, so you could get a drink and a snack in the evening, it would be perfect. Rooms adjacent to main road are very noisy with traffic, which detracts from this otherwise great place, and we moved rooms for our last night to a garden room. Wireless internet was unreliable. Nothing. Room at the front a little noisy from traffic. no salty treats for breakfast so have to pay extra to get ham and eggs; mosquito issue; small shower in room 15 compared to room 14; expensive for a B&B. I've no complaint at all. The location was okay as in near the train station. But to further areas in town it was up to a 45 mins walk, so I would have preferred somewhere in the town, especially as price wasn't very cheap. But if you are staying for only few days it fine. The hotel should have a clear and big sign of the hotel name for the foreign customers. The light in the room is not bright enough. Finally, the heater was not worked (don't know why). It can be a little hard to find. I would recommend to use google maps to find it, because there is no sign anywhere. Wireless was weak. Drab location-but not bad, just drab. Breakfast not enough choice or substance nice homemade cake but not real breakfast food. The facility, expect washroom, is old fashioned...few choices for breakfast...internet is not stable. Price is not cheap.
