All the staff were friendly and efficient.
The apartment was comfortable and larger than expected.
Views from the apartment
Free undercover car parking.
Restaurant food was good.
Free ski store at the slopes.
Shuttle bus was on time and frequent enough.
The apartment was cleaned midweek and fresh towels provided. -

approximately five minutes away. Hotel is clean and comfortable and
staff very helfpful. Breakfast is very good and omelettes are excellent!

After our plane was diverted to Genoa, the coach trip to turin to pick
up our hire car took an eternity. We were supposed to book in by 22:00
however by the time we got to Sestriere it was 23:30 and the guy on the
desk had waited for us without complaint, real customer focus. Room was
fine and breakfast was great. -
