  I was very pleasantly surprised with the stay at this hotel. I could never expect such a high quality of service for such a cheap price! The staff is incredibly corteous and helpful, and they are always there to give advice about what to visit and explore. The food is unbelievable, real homemade italian pasta! Loved the pool, clean and big, with a lifeguard always on duty. - This is a wonderful older hotel in a charming hill town off the beaten track. While there are no major museums, the town is authentic and has several terrific restaurants. Hotel also has a great pool and view can't be beat. No crowds, mostly all Italian travelers, and wonderful fresh mountain air. A true respite from the hectic heat of August days in the busier Italian cities with a glimpse into the real Italian countryside.
