The view at the harbour in the breakast-area
This hotel has a marvellous view over the harbour from the dining room, and although our room was at the back it was overlooking Ermou Street which was most interesting and probably quieter. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast varied and excellent.The Town Beach was very nice (not what some travel books said!)
It was difficult to find out information about the sights and how to get to them.

1) VERY Helpful & Friendly staff. 2) Good breakfast and lunch (delicious & inexpensive). 3) Perfect location (close to ferry station). 4) Clean.
1) I had trouble with the wifi in my room. It worked fine in the dining area, but the connection cut in and out in my room. 2) I was a bit disappointed with Mytlini - not as clean and impressive as Chios.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodated my every wish. The room was clean and came with air conditioning. The restaurant overlooks the harbor.

Excellent location on harbourfront, close to everything. Taxi from airport only 10 euro. Hotel spotless, all staff very friendly and lovely bar with reasonable prices and a balcony overlooking harbour.
Mytilene is potentially the dirtiest town in Greece and I have seen most of them. The Dimos needs to start cleaning the streets and parks and stoas before people stop coming here, I was planning to return with guests in September, certainly will not now.
