The family-run Hotel Milena is situated in Drafaki, only 1 km from Mykonos town and 400 metres from the airport. The famous beaches Paraga and Paradise are 2 km away. Milena offers whitewashed rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi access. The private bathrooms include a hairdryer. Guests can relax at the café - bar while enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding garden. A mini market, a bakery and a restaurant are located within walking distance. The bus stop is situated only a few metres from the hotel. It allows easy access to Mykonos town, as well as the beaches of Paradise and Paraga. Guests enjoy free transfer to and from the port/airport upon request.

The stuff were amazing, the owner picked us up from the port, even though I told him it doesn't come in till 11pm he still insisted! The room was comfortable and great value for money! It is a short 10 minute walk to Mykonos town, for some this may be long but the walk was great, seeing all the views of the beach and houses! Some days the owner will offer to drive us down! The day of check out, we had a 7:00am ferry, so we checked out at 6am and again the owner drove us to the port! All in all .
kaikki arvostelut » First day when we arrived at the airport we got picked up by car and got warm welcomed to mykonos. I felt like home. Finally when we arrived to the hotel we got served with fresh cold orange juice. It was excatly what we needed after a 4 hour flight journey. The lady was very friendly. I felt like I have a second mother to look after us. The rooms got cleaned everyday. Very nice balcony view.. absolutly amazing experience.. The hotel person gave us a map with all the information we needed. we h. We were picked up by a really friendly member of the staff at the port at arrival and got a free transfer to the hotel. When arrived at the hotel we faced a small but beautiful white and very clean room. The cleaning service was excellent through the whole week. The hotel is nicely situated halfway between the town and the best beaches (Paraga, Paradise) which can be reached by bus easily (bus stop directly in front of the hotel). You can also find a supermarket and an ATM by 1 minute walk. The. Everything is spotlessly clean and modern. The english-speaking owner and his mother are just adorable. He will pick you up from the airport and will drive you to the town if he has time. He is a gentleman! Always smiling. His place is absolutely worth the money, the cleanest i've seen in years. Not noisy and away from loud crowds and bars. Windows are isolating. Wi-fi connection works perfectly well and fast. If you use the bus to get around you do not need to worry about the location. You can. Absolutely amazing! The service was incredible- we were greeted at our port, driven to the hotel, given fresh fruit juice, and sat down with a detailed map of Mykonos. The walk to town is a bit winding and sketchy because of some bold drivers/lack of sidewalk, but we only had to walk twice our entire trip. Yiannis saw us walking when he was driving in the opposite direction (twice!) and turned around to give us a ride. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bakery less than a minute's wa. Grannis and his family were quick to respond to our questions and were wonderful hosts. He picked us up from the port and took us to the airport when we left, even allowing us to stay later in the room because our flight was late (in the off-season though). Place was thoroughly cleaned each day. 50m up the hill there's a bakery, and 400m up, a supermarket across from the airport (cheapest place for groceries!). Overall, a great way to stay on the island!. This hotel has best sincere service, we felt welcome and truly care from the family who run this hotel in my stay. They helped us a lot by provide free pick-up service, travel information, and ATV(quadbike) rental(reasonable price from their friend). The room which we stay was simple,very clean and comfortable(twin beds with private W/C). There were everything you need, only the WiFi connection in our room was weak and unstable. 1) Staffs were very friendly and caring! They picked us up at the ferry and send us back even very early in the morning. They always remind us on little things like check our passport, tickets etc. which made our heart warm 2) Although its 15min walk to town, there is a bus station directly in front of the hotel which make it very convenient. 3) The best hotel we have even stayed considering the price we paid. Very nice and comfortable hotel, very polite and friendly personnel. My girlfriend and I loved this hotel, the owner Giannis and his mom was so helpful, he drove us a couple of times to downtown and to airport. Definitely would go again and recommend to anybody. The hotel is perfectly located. If you rent a bike , an atv or a car there is a very handy large parking area. This hotel is AMAZING. Really good value, charming rooms with balconies. Very close to the airport, within walking distance of the town (1.5km), and a bus stop right in front which takes you to the beach (or the town). The family that runs it is professional and so friendly, facilities are great, amazing value for the money. Excellent service by both Mrs. Milena as his son Giannis! We really felt very well received. Very good location. Staff very honest ... We had made a mistake in our booking, and immediately Mr. Giannis gave us a refund, even that we did not requested. The are many ATM's and Mini Markets very close to the hotel. About the hotel, Rooms are cosy and very clean. Hotel owners are friendly. Hotel is close to airport, and the hotel takes you from airport to hotel for free. About the mykonos city , there are much better places for the sea and city facilities in Turkey, Italy, Croatia. It is a party place. The family that runs Hotel Milena was absolutely fantastic. Yannis was very personable and personally drove us around the island as needed. They were also very helpful in explaining how to get around on our own. The hotel is a beach-style apartment, and great for young travellers. The owners of the hotel are so friendly, that you get the feeling of living with friends. It was no problem that the hotel is a little out of the way (15 min. to Mykonos town) because the bus system works pretty fine and u get picked up and taken from/to the airport/ferry port. The service from the staff was excellent. The son even drove us to town on one of the nights, to save us the 20min walk! He was lovely!! Very family orientated owned hotel, the service and friendliness of the staff was amazing to start our holiday. Would recommend to anyone. One family owns and runs the hotel. They are all very kind and helpful. Location is very good. Far enough from downtown crowd and noise, but close enough to all major beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment even the airport. The location is nice, just walk out then you can find the bus stop to the city center and beaches.I love it so much!!!. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The location was great - if you rent an ATV or Scooter it's a easy 5 minute drive into town. I never felt like I was at a hotel, rather like being at a home of family members. The owner and his mum were so helpful. My daughter took ill on the trip(bronchitis)and Yannis drove us to the medical center and back to the hotel. the hotel staff - both the mother (owner) and John (her son) were extremely helpful and friendly. John has given us a small souvenir before we left. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The rooms are clean. Exceptionally clean. Beautifully decorated. Very friendly owner family. Shuttle service was free and on time to meet us off the ferry and again to take us to the airport. Fantastic value all round!. The owners are very friendly. Took the initiative to introduce the good sites of Mykonos and good restaurants. The hotel is perfectly clean and the compound is very comfortable. one of the best among the hotel we stay in Greece, the host is very helpful, we didn't expect to have such service with the money that we paid, I would recommend to my friends. Great staff Yanis and her mother, always are going to help you in everything that you need, good location close to supermarket and bakery, as well of Chora and Paradise beach. As others have noted, it is about 1.5km to the town, which is all uphill when walking back to the hotel. The location is 15-20 mins walk to town(busy road with car), althougt there is a bus stop just outside the hotel (5-6 mins to town), you have to make sure the bus timetable and waiting. It is a little inconvenient. But, If you plan to rent a car, then the location is good, just 5 mins to town and short distance to beach. The hotel is easy to parking. We rented a ATV, It is a great way to explore Mykonos, we had a lot of fun. Nothing! Seriously, a wonderful place. The bathroom is a little small. Reastaurants in the beaches are weak. Staff isnt interested in you when crowded. 20min walk into town downhill and 35min walk uphill to get home. the beds were not too comfortable but okay for a couple of nights. the neighborhood is dark at night so don't miss you bus stop otherwise the walk is scary for the light hearted. Nothing to dislike about this great little hotel. Even though there is a bus stop in front, but we still need transport to move around. Luckily they offered for the free pick up and drop off. I can't think of any, everything's perfect in my opinion. You have to paid for breakfast... If you want to go to Mykonos town and you decide to walk (instead of taking the bus) it takes about 20 minutes, and it would be a nice walk: but you have to walk along the main road and there is hardly a sidewalk. Couldn't find fault. The road between the hotel and the parking lot is at the end of a curve with not very good visibility from one side. And since it is a busy road it needs caution when either crossing or when leaving the parking lot. Choice and breakfast buffet could be improved ,orherwise be sure to rent à bike to make your stay more pleasant due to distance with town. Only bad thing is it is a 15 minute walk from the main town, but it is close to the airport and bus station is right out the front of the hotel. The only thing is that you have to get the bus to the town and bus. But it is worth it because the bus stop is right out front. nothing. the room and bathroom were small, bathroom did not have lock facility. it seems everything was expensive in Mykonos.......
