  Near a park and residential area. As a US citizen, I wanted to see a more typical German life than what you get in a large hotel near the downtown or airport regions during my brief stay. When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping. We needed a place to stay near the airport in order to arrive at the airport for an early flight.
