  For a short ( 3 night) stay in central Berlin, we found it very good value for money. The rooms were very basic, but clean. We were really only at the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. (Not so good if you expect to spend a lot of time in your room; e.g. no tv). Breakfast was also basic, but it was fine and there was plenty. Free parking outside. - It was clean, friendly and great location, near to the city and transport facilities. Would go back for sure.

  The hostel is located really in a very good place. There is underground just close to it and there are many good places to eat just near the entrance of the hostel.   The staff were very, very nice and helpful. The fact that the reception is open 24h is really nice as well. I liked the room, which was very clean, and well planned so that the fact that it was quite small didn't really matter. The bathroom was very nice and clean. Excellent breakfast with top quality products/ingredients! This was a 2nd stay at Hotel Johann and we will certainly come back.
