The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

We was in hotel in summer. Own car is necessarily! The cottage is fairly cozy. The swimming pool (infant and adult) is very clean and fairly big. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. A wonderful hotel! Comfortable new rooms, well-equipped kitchen, a
delightful view of the lake, the mountains and the shore of the
Switzerland. Clean air, a swimming pool and a tennis court, a good
Internet. Good location on the border with Switzerland, in a convenient
day-trips around the Swiss Alps and in French Alps and in small
authentic towns.

The apartment was well equipped, a short walk away from the centre, but near to a boulangerie that sold great bread and croissants. There was also a small supermarket nearby for emergencies.

The apartment is located on a narrow road, near to a main road and factory, but we did not hear any noise from either with the double glazing. -
On arrival we were met by a girl called Sylvia, who was very friendly & very helpful, even giving us her mobile number in case we needed to ask her anything or needed help!! The apartment was how it was described on letsbookhotel.com, it was comfortable and clean with everything we needed & a well equipped kitchen. It was in a quiet residence street about 5mins walk to the supermarket & maybe 10mins to the old town. We had a very enjoyable stay & would use the apartments again!!

The staff were friendly, I stayed for 3 nights whilst skiing. The hotel
is well equipped to cater for skiing and is only a short walk to the
main lifts. Good breakfasts with local cuisine options. No annoying loud
English any where to be seen or heard which was excellent. Rooms warm
& clean. The hotel was on the drop off route for the Morzine -
Geneva shuttle service so door to door transfer from Geneva was very
covenient.

Hyvä aamupala ottaen huomioon että kyseessä on Ranskaa... - comfortable and very spacious room, very good breakfast buffet, very good restaurant for dinner, very friendly staff with very good english, WiFi for free if advertising is accepted - Very nice quiet and inexpensive hotel with Mont-Blanc view. The Palais de l'isle was a wonderful experience, from the helpful and very friendly staff to the immaculately clean room which was overlooking the canal where we could watch the street entertainers from the comfort of our room. If we were returning to Annecy it would definitely be to stay at this hotel.

Being right next to lac Annecy, stunning area, can't wait to go back. Would recommend hiring a pedals and going for a swim, it's apparently the clearest lake in Europe....! Can quite believe it, you could see right to the bottom. -
