  We really never give reviews or comments about Hotels but our stay was so special we would like to give a special rating to the Distillerie de Pezenas amazing Staff and Hotel. Everything is done to help you feel comfortable and welcomed like if you were the only and most valuable guest. We arrived with 2 hours late because of a problem on the road... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . The Manager waited for us, offered Champagne at our arrival and helped us get installed in our Suite. Amazing service and staff, great breakfast by - We liked the position of the hotel. It was just a few minutes walk from the centre of Pezenas The room was big and very comfortable and included a fridge,crockery cutlery and a jug for making tea or coffee.There was a problem with the water pressure when we arrived due to work in the street. The staff offered us a free drink to compensate.Everyone was very helpful. We would not hesitate staying here again

Owners were very friendly and the terrace was a delight for breakfast (with homemade jam) and in the early evening before dining out. Rooms are basic with no a/c so may be a bit hot in the height of summer. We will certainly stay there again.
