Didn't have the full experience because I came to the hotel when it's time to go to bed and left the next morning early. Within walking distance of the Eurostar train station. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet.relaxed atmosphere in hotel and closeness to town attractions. The quad room was very spacious for four adults and smelled very nice, not stale as some rooms can.

Pleasant staff. A good night's sleep! We were changing trains and I needed a good rest before going on to Oostende for an interview the next day. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There was some varietyfor the breakfast which was good and it was well stocked.Close to Zenith Arena. Very helpful staff. Room size is good and the bathroom is ok, too. Good breakfast! clean rooms. fun with 4 friends in 1 room!!. Easy walk to the train stations. clean and comfortable. We were just passing through on our way back to the UK, so it was a room for the night, that's all. Arrived at 10.30 PM, went to bed, left at 7.30 AM. Room was fair enough for the money. walking distance to the city 5 to 10 minutes (thru a park) hotel parking with such ease. the bar was ok even with heavy construction next door the hotel was quiet at night.Friendly staff, good breakfast. nice and quiet. price. we stayed with our 2 daughters and partners and enjoyed the freindlyness of all the staff.The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay, the room in which we stayed was big enough for us (3 person) but our friends (a couple) got a rather small room. only 10 min walk to train station. Close to train, metro station. metro easy to find and use. Good unfussy service. The hotel is on the outskirts of Lille, within walking distance of Eurolille or alternatively within a short walk of Caulier Metro station. The staff were friendly and help full.The rooms are clean. Parking is free. We got a double and quad room which both are in good size and state. The babycot that we requested was also there. You get what you pay for, and its cheap. Evening meal was very nice and plentiful. parking, room size. Only real economically viable option in Lille for single traveller.Rather bizarre, bathroom was spotlessly clean yet the room could havedone with a good spring clean. There is very little to commend about both the hotel and the area.Unless your stay is business related don't go to lille and avoid thisfawlty towers hotel.Would have liked tea/coffee facilities. The room was a little too warm.not enough info where it is. n/A. The hotel was good. I would say that visitors could have a clearer set of walking directions from the Gares Lille Flandres and Lille Europe. The tall crane building the apartments opposite will not always be there!. Heat could be better. 20 minutes walking to get to the center.no closet for cloths. construction next door really nothing to see on the hotel window.. they didnt have a cola machine.. internet connection too complicated thats about it but everything else is worth the price. Location. Although close to train stations and a large park the surrouding area is a bit rough. its location is isolated from activities. It is actually not far from the train station but the area is for local residents. Hotel should provide a good direction for walking to train station.No enough wardrobe space for clothes - ok for overnight but not for longer stay. The restaurant wasn't open to guests at night and as the hotel is in a residential area there aren't very many places to eat around it. And the servers weren't very nice about it.About a 15 minute walk into the city which was ok, you could short cut through a dark park at night. The hotel was in a dead area, so you had to be in the city for meals, entertainment. the location. the neighbourhood was crumby. Expensive breakfast, building site next door. Hard to find by foot. The bathroom. Area was not great. the rooms need renovation. And there is that smell... Slight smell of ciggarettes on the bedding as if pillow neded changing, requested non smoking room so thought this would have been checked. some builing work next door but did not bother us as we were only staying overnight as part of a longer journey.Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. There is a sign pointing towards the direction to the hotel. However the sign ended there and if you missed the hotel (which is on the right) you will have to go back out into the motorway!. You get what you pay for, which is not a lot. Small room, very small towels, bad location and a dreadful restaurant. Was hard to find by car and a bit of a walk back into main area. The colour scheme of room/reception/corridors left you feeling in a time warp, our bedroom was bright yellow and blue and lacked furniture.Restaurant wasn't open druing that week. This fact wasn't stated at the time of booking. 1. Location, dodgy area. Did not venture out after check in around 5.00pm.We were given the key to our room and told to go to the second floor.The elevator was opposite the reception and once inside we were told the2nd floor button didn't work properly! There were no basic provisionsmade in the bathroom ie. Soap! Our request for a double bed was ignoredand the heating in the room was not regulated from the room itself sothat we roasted to death. Do not book here.
