  We were looking for a quiet place to stop over with our 2 year old son. This place was perfect as it was peaceful and had lots of space. Our son was also able to play on the trampoline and see the horses. We hired the 2 bedroom house which was ideal for a noisy toddler - he had his own room and could make as much noise as he wanted without disturb... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ing the other guests. We had a nice meal in the evening with home made pizzas and a continental breakfast in the morning. The family were really frien - I would say that this hotel is a little bit more bed and breakfast type accommodation than traditional hotel. There is no reception or anything like that, you are staying in the owners home. That said it is a lovely country house in the most peaceful setting. If you want quiet then you will find it here. The nearest village is a 10 minute drive so factor that in if you have not eaten anything. The hosts are very nice and very helpful and the breakfast is easily the best I have ever had when sta

  Despite arriving later than anticipated, the owners were really welcoming. The building itself is beautiful and our three year old had her own tiny little tower room which thrilled and delighted her in equal parts. We were able to order some food after settling in, which is rare after 8 in rural France and the terrace is close enough to the rooms ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » to feel confident in leaving children upstair while having a drink downstairs. The next morning, our children were able to play with the children of t - Warm and simple welcome by the family which owns and keeps the casle. Comfortable rooms, furnished with antiques.
