The whole pension is very clean and safe. The lady owner of the pension is very friendly and definitely very generous with the breakfast. With just the 2 of us, the breakfast provided is good enough to feed a family of 4. The pension is just a few steps away from the castle. Along the street, there are a number of restaurants. Everything, from the outside it does not look that special, but appearances can be deceiving. Inside it is wonderful, really well planned with great touches. Lovely whirlpool bath and great fittings in the loo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the location is great for the city, as long as you don't mind a few steps (80) to the town. There is a slightly longer route without steps if required. However the city is wonderful and worth the short walk.

We have been travelling for 18 months and this is the first time I have ever given a perfect rating.
Vera is amazing and so accommodating. The accommodation is huge and comfortable with amazing views over to the town and castle. Definitely glad we stayed here than in town.
We were sad to leave as Vera had made us feel like we lived there with her.

Gerta was so friendly and welcoming. Limited English but no problems as she got her message across. We had booked a triple room and she gave us another single room as it was free that night. Simply wonderful. Breakfast was amazing as well. Probably one of the best breakfasts I have had on my trip (traveling for 6 months). Would definitely stay again if I return to Cesky Krumlov. Short walk into town. Highly recommend
