  We loved our stay at Seventh Heaven hotel! It was in a fantastic location - right on the main pedestrian shopping mall in the heart of Shanghai, and only a few minutes walk from the line 2 Metro stop. The room was great - spacious, with a desk, fridge, tea making facilities, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Lots of space for our one year old ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » to play in! The bathroom had a shower over the bath, which was great for giving our little boy a bath in. - This hotel is in a great location on a pedestrian only street and close to metro train stations and many shops. The family suite was large with very comfortable beds and free bottled water! At night it was quiet after 10pm when all the shops close and the street entertainment stops. Our luggage was stored safely when we went to Hang Zhou for a night. Reception staff have good English.

  Hotel location is in a good part of the city. The stuff is doing everything to satisfy customers. At first, we have been located to a room that we didn't like. We explained to reception our complaints and asked for room change. But unfortunately all same level rooms were occupied.   Excellent Location just off Nanjing East walking Street and easy 3 min to entrance to Metro (Peoples Square). Room is nothing flash but more than adequate for the price. was facing the street so a bit of street noise but you should expect that at this level of accommodation. Good breakfast selection. I had booked a room with no windows at 50% discount. The windows were, but the overlook the patio with artificial lighting. To relax and sleeping well for this price!

  Location, location, location! I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily. The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there. The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi. The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.
