  Almost every week I am staying in 4 or 5 stars hotels all around Europe but - this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! The staff were extremely nice and helpful, design of the bar and restaurant was outstanding, comfort and design of the room were extraordinary. Quality of the food was fantastic! The mattress is very comfortable. The room is spacious, light and luxurious. There were 2 complimentary water bottles. Everything else is paid - espresso, cappuccino, tea, the maxi bar. The slippers and bathrobe are useful when going to the spa. The bar/restaurant chef is out of this world - everything is delicious, tempting and with high-quality ingredients.

  I've been many times in Varna and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel is the price and location very convenient, the staff smiling and very welcoming, the bar is open 24 hours, good breakfast,spacious rooms and very clean, I have to congratulate the cleaning lady - Service of the staff.
