  Premier Thracia lives up to the Best Western standards. Everything was wonderful and the staff exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...

After a night in Hong Kong Regal Airport Hotel at 130 Euros, no breakfast and a grubby bathroom, I couldn't be more delighted. This hotel is suitable for anyone who needs a quiet, reasonably priced hotel; fantastic value for money.

The porter were exceptional helping me park my car, moving it because the police had requested it to be removed during a rally taking place outside and with directions.
