Position was ideal for our visit to Grafton. Usually stay in The Abby just up the road but would not go past this motel when in Grafton next time. Staff were friendly and helpful;room was comfortable , clean and was all I could ask for. I've stayed (and paid considerably more) in much worse places than this - would stay again. -

The room was fantastic for a family, the best we have seen on our travels. The booking in process so easy. Good environment felt very safe. Room was very clean beds comfortable.
