We had a wonderful time at theParmelia, the staff were fantastic. We were gven an upgrade to a suite, it was our 48th wedding anniversary and they gave us complimentary champagne. I rented a cot that was provided at a flat rate of $10 no matter how
many days we stayed. The cot was also very clean with sheets and blanket
that with attractive prints that children like. It is way better than
some of the cots I have rented at other apartments.

It is just beautiful and I would highly recommend this place for couples or a group of couples just wanting to relax and unwind, this place is private and romantic and just gorgeous....I adored the private swimming pool! Last yr we stayed there as a part of a group of couples and again it was devine and we did not feel over crowded!

Fantastic, value for money. There were two of us. My friend was visiting from the UK. The villa had a great layout with the bedrooms at one end which we assume was the same with the adjoining villa. The villas are very clean and comfortable - we stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bath exec villa and they are surrounded by lovely gardens with grassed areas big enough to play ball, running races etc for the kids. Allways a good stay in the Hyatt Perth, a well run hotel with great staff. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.
