Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets. I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap. I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.

For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

  The location is great, very close to most of the shopping malls. The room is clean, with all necessary facilities. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, some of them are quite famous, which is amazing for a foodie like me. The staff in the hotel are really nice and helpful. The kitchen was small and compact and we were able to prepare and cook meals to save money. It was nice and quiet and the beds were firm but comfortable.
