Staff were very friendly. All children under 12 free using existing
bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to
have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon
booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in
responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and
waived

The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

Very friendly staff. The studio give to us was pretty much close to
everything in St. Kilda. If you can... Make sure to ask for a studio
in either 5 Acland Street or 36 Blessington Street (which is where
we stayed). Right outside the building there was a barbecue grill
(free to use)... So be ready to get some meat from Cole's and
start grilling!!!

The little apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to book, to extend our stay for a few days, and to check out -- that was all very efficient. Just enough servicing to make keeping the place tidy, without being intrusive. Fantastic location and great value. We'll definitely stay there next time we're in Melbourne.

Loved the location. Clean, well appointed and delivered exactly what it said it would. Great that it had the cooking and washing facilities with full size fridge. Bed very comfortable with two pillows each! yay! -
This apartment was so close to everything St Kilda has to offer. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Nice balcony
