The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.

Room looked basic from decor perspective but had facilities over &
above what I expected (tea & coffee, mini fridge, iron & board).
Everything worked & room v v clean. Asked for "high &
quiet" room which I got. Arrived an hour early & was offered

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

We liked the size of the bedroom.
Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is gorgeous, a few minutes by walking from the CBD, a little bit more from South bank but there's a rental bikes station close to the hostel and it's very cheap so you don't have to take any transport if you want to visit the whole city.

The hotel had fantastic friendly staff that went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome.
Fantastic food, rooms were clean and well kept. Room had a beautiful view. Situated in the perfect spot for shopping, going to south bank, restaurants and public transport.
Highly recommend staying there.

Stepping into the 2 bedroom sub penthouse room was a step back in time and complete luxury. We loved the plush furnishings, the large space, functionality and elegant decor. The position is perfect, on the corner of Queen street mall yet no street noise. The paper delivery each morning was a nice touch as was fresh milk in the fridge. We would recommend the Royal Albert (especially the sub pent house apartments) to all.

What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. This was for sure value for money. -

Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark
levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful
surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table,
full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size
tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to
block out the nearby traffic.
