Norm and his staff treated you just like family could not do enough to accommodate us. we were there for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was nothing to want in the way of cookware, kitchenware etc. and our travelling picnic basket was never used as it was all in house. -

of the most difficult guests (ours had a washing machine, a dish washer,
a tumble drier, a huge shower, a jacuzzi, two tv sets, free internet

plugs, etc.). The view was gorgeous, and it's only a short walk to
the pier and the marina.

Only 5 years old, so a very modern and Nice looking place with a very good pool. Meals were good with a buffet breakfast. The car park is under the building. We had a very enjoyable stay local to the marina for whale watching. -

The hotel was right across front eh each with excellent views. The room was large and well equipped. Parking was secure and access to the room was easy with the elevator from the basement. -
I found the staff very helpful and Lisa was very efficient, was pleased with the unit itself and the view of the bay was excellent, loved having two tv's.

Friendly Warm Greeting by lovely staff.
We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant.
When we stayed it was very windy and not a bit of rubbish anywhere. Well done especially for a place this size. Salt Water Pool, Gazebo and Bbq are immaculat

Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina.
We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy.
Easy to book on line.
A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

Position is great, overlooking the Marina. Two minute walk to the Yacht Club for meals, entertainment and pokies. Other restaurants available as well. One bedroom spa apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Balcony is a good size. All in all really liked our stay and will return. Secure parking is a bonus. -
