Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. I booked to stay at the Esplanade Hotel as a surprise for my partners birthday, we could not have been happier with everything, in particular the staff at the reception desk as well as the concierge were extremely polite and helpful. The customer service was superb. The staff member really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Facilities second to none for ll of Perth, in this price range. I often stay in Perth for work and will be back to N=Banister Suites.

A charming B&B with plenty of character; we loved the view of the courtyard and its fountain from our little balcony. Nice touches such as cake and biscuits in our room (though dangerous for the waistline!). A perfect location in Fremantle, close to cafes, shops and the market. Next time we visit Freo, we'll stay there again.
