Just 100 metres from beautiful King’s Beach, Kings Row Apartments feature a heated swimming pool and a hot tub. The self-contained apartments have a large balcony and some have stunning ocean views. Each spacious, air-conditioned apartment has 2 bathrooms, with a spa bath in the en suite bathroom. Every fully equipped kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Laundry facilities, ironing facilities and cable TV are provided. The apartments include either air conditioning or ceiling fans. Free secure, covered parking is provided. Luggage storage and BBQ facilities are available. Kings Row Apartments are a 15-minute walk from the centre of Caloundra. It is a 20-minute drive to Underwater World and a 25-minute drive to Australia Zoo.

I thought the apartment was spacious and well appointed. It was close to the beach and eateries and other amenities which was why I chose it. It did not disappoint. I would book there again. The managers were friendly and helpful. The view was fantastic. The rooms were large with lovely furnishings, well planned. Very clean with all the cooking equipment available. Staff were very friendly. Secure parking. Great value.

Close to beach, great view, walk to shops, within half an hour of other points of interest, a very relaxing holiday if you just wanted to sit or go for drives. The unit was spacious and well equipped. Loved the outdoor spa. Good location for cycling or walking along the front. Spacious unit, view, closeness to beach,walking track & town centre, onsight management helpful & friendly. How close we were to everything! The beach, shops, cinemas, restaurants etc. Amazing views, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff & terrific prices!. Location, friendliness of managers, roomy apartment, nice big balcony. Excellent position with courteous and friendly managers. Location was great. Staff friendly and very helfpul. I liked the view and the local beach. Location, nice rooms. Clean and tidy. Clean, tidy and roomy for 4 adults. The view The facilities. Everything. Reasonably priced, but seems you only get what you pay for ?. The only thing that was a bit of a problem at night was having the windows open and the noise from the street (noisy passers by; and a noisy family leaving the apartments before sunrise one morning; and some traffic noise). Behind each curtain the paint was peeling giving it a run down feel. The door to the stairs said "don't open", so we had to rely on 1 lift for the entire apartment block which meant a bit of a wait sometimes. we loved everything!. The remote garage opener rarely worked in fewer than six button presses !!! Wish I had brought my own pillow. The one supplied was incredibly hard. It was quite difficult parking the Kluger in Bay 2 in the garage. It was actually all really good!. China and glassware very op shop, towels a bit skimpy, swimming pool irritated children's' eyes. Apartment is looking a little tired, carpet worn and torn. The blinds noisy with the wind blowing and they do not block out the morning sun. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The lift operation is very slow. Having to absail in and out of the shower in the main bedroom. Car park space for this unit was very small, so difficult to get in and out of. Everything else, all good. One of the single beds. Nothing. The spa was too high and dangerous for mature travellers. Pungent smell coming into apmt for all of 7 days we stayed. I spoke to manager about this, he advised it was because aptmt next door had been sprayed for fleas. He did not follow up to see if we were comfortable or move us to another room. When we left to come home I said to them it was dissapointing they had not looked after us as paying guests and the managers wife just said sorry. Very poor customer service and we will never go back there again.

There is 1 free secure car park available with each booking. An additional car park may be available upon request. Please note that Kings Row Apartments requires a $50 cash deposit upon check in to cover they keys and car park remote. This will be refunded on checkout when leaving keys at office.
