There were broken tiles on the balcony, and as a single female traveller, I would have appreciated a security screen on the balcony door, as I was on the first floor.

Staff too reticent/not on the ball Hill to climb if no bus No inexpensive cafe within or close to premises. Not replenished at times with all teas/coffees or Equal (Sweetener) Table not cleaned,did it ourselves.
Dinner ,Steak was over cooked and tough, very disappointing.

Was not told there was a wedding and that the bar and restaurant was closed. This should have been told to us prior to booking and not when we arrived. This was a problem for us and that I am not happy with that

At the recieption no body provided assistance to carry our bags , no stairs (only lift ) , we booked room with breakfast for 2 but the next day at the breakfast we were told by the reciptionst that only one is included I got angery and I had to contact letsbookhotel.com , they did well in solving the problem after 1 hour of repeated calls , anyhow , they serve the same breakfast 7 days a week no change at all ,

We had a great time at the Watermark, location was excellent - winning the league was the best highlight of the weekend and your brekky topped it off. Staff were very friendly.

Breakfast at $23 and $16 respectively a joke. Tea making facilities terrrible, very few real options. You have to do it all yourself. We were going to have breakfast both mornings but we decided not to bother the second morning. The price too is ridiculous.

Air conditioner did not work, therefore no airflow Ironing board sub standard. A good iron and ironing board is critical for business trips
I found most of the staff not very customer focused. I have stayed before and booked a cheap room for which I received breakfast and parking. Booking an expensive room plus parking and breakfast. I never like having to pay for wifi in this modern world.
The room was great and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.A great place to stay and convenient to sports fans going to games at the suncorp stadium.

Took security deposit from credit card of $100 as soon as we checked in without letting us know, payed the bill by eftpos when checking-out. contacted them to rectify the situation it's now been a week and we are still to be reimbursed! There was also dirty dinner plates still with food scraps left on them, in the hallway from the room beside ours, left all night, they were still there the next day when we checked out.
