the front desk clerk/lady was very helpful and extremely pleasant. The adjoining restaurant's people were also very good. The view of the area and it's location near the central station were outstanding.
It was a hike to find a place for a late (8 PM) dinner.
The staff were so accommodating, i had travel the night before and had requested to check in early the next morning and they made it happen.

I like walking across from Roma St station from the air train and I`m there at Park Regis. Also very friendly helpful staff, clean satisfactory room, they aim to please. Functional, it won`t break you, and you can get everywhere with ease.
I`ve stayed before, each room is not to the same standard, get a flash one and it`s "wow!!", back to a satisfactory but dated room, same price

This is the second time we have stayed at Park Regis. Both times the beds were really comfortable. We were upgraded this time for no reason which was a lovely surprise. Room was clean and well Maintained.
There was a funky toilet type smell in the hall but couldn't smell it inside the room so wasn't a big deal. When mentioned to the staff they acted on it straight away. They should mention the $25 parking charge at point of booking as there is minimum on street parking which isn't free either.
I liked everything about the motel, was a lovely room and we will be back again when we can get down there to watch another footy game. Thank you for the lovely stay.

This motel was amazing from the great service to the fantastic view of the Brisbane river.It was close to everything.The room was beautiful spacious and very clean.The staff checked us in early as my boys where very tired after travelling all night.I cant wait to visit Brisbane to stay at the Park Regis again.Thankyou.

broken tiles in shower,soap dispenser leaked,plastic bag over fire sprinkler in bathroom,chips missing from bar fridge and after all this paying for parking after being charged 320.00 is a rip off idon,t care if everyone charges be a different give your customers something no one else does
We got an upgrade to an appartment room, which made our stay muc hmore enjoyable. The location is good. The reception staff is very helpfull.
The hotel needs major renovation. Furniture is old, carpets on the hallways, and lifts need renewal. The bathroom is also quite old. When we stayed there, they were working on the building and the swimming pool was not available. Also the parking was full with equipment and working trucks !

The high price of the room per nite (well over 200 us$) did not include a $20. breakfest. Although pr was included in the aogs meeting hotel list offering a breakfest (at the same rate), they did not honor it since my booking was not through the conference. Suffice to say I will probably not book at another pr. I had great luck with pr in Singapore however last year.

Parking was expensive, expected free parking. No free Wi Fi. Had to wait an hour after advertised book in time to access room. Hotel had run down appearance.
not being told till leaving we had a $75 parking bill. air-co in one room not working, air-co in other room unable to adjust temp. Drain in shower blocked with other peoples hair, reported it, nothing done. TV receiption poor

Birthday cake was sent to my room from one the ladies at reception who had spoken to my mother. This was an amazing surprise
Steve at reception was extremely rude. Everything was paid prior to getting there and they still tried to charge me for breakfast when we checked out.
We were not told that we had to pay $150.00 bond.If you are on the last leg of your trip it is hard to come up with this amount of money.
Motel was close to the venue we attended
Web site stated that we would have breakfast was included which was not and a smokeing option was there on web site as well . Motel did mot have balconys to smoke on outside of room . Web site need to be corect
