Good location Staff try their hardest to please
Even though I had booked 6 months previously there was a problem at check-in and my booked accommodation was not available. This was sorted out with inferior room and price reduction. I would advise double checking reservation before you arrive.
Location was excellent,undercover secure parking, lift very quick, staff helpful, map of free bus route very helpful

The central location (based on our reason for visiting Bris), the convenience of an apartment with young children, the pool area, and the friendly service.

letsbookhotel.com did not relay my booking to the summit apartments. so on arrival there was no booking but there where vacant rooms available - lucking there was not a big function on in town at the time.

It was very comfortable, clean and staff were friendly. We just arrived from a 13hour flight and the staff were happy to allow us to check in early. Which was fantastic and we were very grateful.

Easy to get to location. Secure access to building. Parking supplied.
Only three dinner plates and three glasses were in the apartment. Rubbish was not removed after the first overnight.

Only soap provided. Need bath gel without soap.

The apartment was lovely and clean and fit for its intended purpose. I would stay there again. Noise factor is always a problem in inner city but it was kept to a minimum.
No comment necessary here. Nothing I didn't like.

Close to Suncorp Stadium and close to the city. Rooms were quiet even though the Apartments are on a busy road. I liked the free parking.

The apartments are a little tired and the floor in the kitchen was sticky. The photos on the website did not reflect the age of the apartment we stayed in.
Proximity to St Andrews War Memorial Hospital,parking and near to the free Spring Hill bus loop. Facilities were good and daily cleaning was satisfactory.
Nothing for the facility. Irks me that banks charge 1.5% surcharge to use a credit card which is way over the cost of the transaction.
It was comfortable, clean and exceptionally quiet, which was an unexpected bonus.It was a very convenient location being near to medical facilities.

We were visiting St.Andrews Hospital - the position was perfect and the hotel was quiet,clean ,friendly and very reasonable so close to the city with a very regular bus to and from the city

I was 15 minutes checking out and they were banging on my door. It was a Saturday and I think a 11am checkout over the weekend is more appropriate than a 10am checkout.

Centrally ducted air conditioning useless and so noisy had to switch it off and buy a fan. Description of two bed apartments misleading as it makes them sound as though there are two bathrooms. In fact only one. Apartment was tired and needs refreshing.
Spacious apartment with lovely balcony and views of the city. Facilities were great washing machine dryer and iron, great.
Check in was long as they appeared to have lost our booking, then the room we were assigned to was not available, still being cleaned, (and so it was the next day also?) so had to change rooms, bathroom was not clean, and why bother to come in and make the bed without changing towels or even wipe over vanity unit. Only supplied with towel, no hand or face cloth. Rather disappointing. A city map or guide to local amenities would be helpful.

It served our purpose of having somewhere close for appointments that my husband had to attend.
It is starting to show it's age - needs some maintenance done to the rooms especially the plumbing - leaking taps etc...
It was convenient to the railway station. Staff were helpful. The room had a fridge, laundry facilities and it was spacious although a little tired.
Noisy ac unit. Quite a long walk from the CBD. Brisbane a bit quiet at night and we struggled to find a half decent restaurant.
Free parking location was good view from the balcony was great. Bedding was clean.
Air conditioner was noisy,shower facilities need of a good clean and upgrade, sofa was dirty not nice to sit on carpet dirty and stained. To expensive for what you get.

The size of the apartment. The view was good.
Dirty bath, no pillows, leaking tap in kitchen sink, having to clean dishes before leaving, crappy milk, better tea bags and coffee and more of them plus more sugar. And most importantly the unstable balcony rail. That was scary.
