The staff was super. Very friendly and went out of their way to help make their guests feel as comfortable as possible. Honestly, I thought the common areas were a little sterile, so thought I might look for a different place to stay. Once I got to know the staff, I stayed twice as long as I thought I would. Also, I thought the kitchen facilities were great and my room was very comfortable.
The common area is a little stuffy. There isn't a lot of room to move around.
The staff spoke good english. They were very helpful and gave good tips about tours, transportation and swimming possibilities.
There was a smell in the room, which might be a sign that there are some kind of problems with too much moisture.
Loved it here! First we arrived super early post o/nite bus, the guy on reception offered a room with small bathroom straight away (or we could wait for bigger room). Bed was super comfy, we had a large outside area off room. Staff organised wine tour. Cool shared areas with cheap beer and byo wine.

Had a great stay at the Mendoza Suites. The staff was so kind and helpful. I found them really easy and fun to talk to but also really informative as I scheduled excursions with them. I also didn't feel pressured to do their excursions as they offered other options for you which were non tour (especially for the vineyards aka bodegas). The location is perfect - close to only a few bus stops but also the multiple plazas and large park. Didn't partake in any of the social hours but the common room provides an easy space to meet fellow travelers

Staff very friendly and able to help with various tasks (booked wine tour, bus to Buenos Aires) and included fluent English speakers. Only partially full during the off season - which made the dorm a good choice.
WiFi did not work in a second floor dorm. Dorm had four beds, but only three lockers for storage (not a problem during my stay, as we never had a full four person room). Slightly run down in parts, E.G., paint chipping off ceiling in dorm's private bathroom.
Great location and very impressive and nice staff
The hs Mendoza is awesome, specially the staff (Jeza, Santiago's and others). They are very collaborative and always ready to help you beside being "gente fina" as we say in Brazil. The accommodations are comfortable and well designed.
The breakfast could have some fruits and nonfat milk to better enjoy the days in Mendoza!
The staff were fabulous- lots of help freely given. Double room was a bit small but adequate. Great location, close to many sights, as well as a small supermarket and many cages and restaurants.
No glasses were available for drinks. Breakfast was limited to bread and cereal.
The staff was very kind and funny. It is situated in a very good place, near every thing that you need.

Not really a kitchen to cook your own dinner. Matras was really thin and hard.
We had a room with a sewer problem , so it had a realy bad stench. The A/C didnt work and we had no hot water in the shower. lastly and most importently we had bad bugs in our room. which the hostel knew about but forgot to tell us(we found out when we saw people leaving our room but staying in the hostel and we asked them whats up). when we moved to a second room there were hot water in the shower but water were leaking into the room bad hostel maintanance can´t recomend this to anyone.
