Staff were extremely helpful and kind.Had to stay another night and were accomodating with staying in the same room. There was a particular staff member at Pampa restaurant who was amazing in his customer service and made excellent reccommendations for dinner. -

Our staying at the hotel was great and we enjoyed it very much.
The staff of the hotel did everything they could to make our staying ad pleasnt as they can.
Great pool (worm) and gym. Nice bar in the lobby.
They cleaned the room twice a day and came to ask if we need more towels!
The breakfast was beyond our excpectations.
We highly recommend this

I really like Che Lagarto. The staff are friendly and always so willing to help.They are also very professional and take their jobs seriously. Although this is tecnically a hostel it really is as nice as some hotels. Also the guests are respectful and not noisy. This is a great place to stay. I feel very safe there. -

Centrally located just two minutes walk to the beach and promenade. The staff were friendly, welcoming and keen to oblige. The bedroom/bathroom was clean and although not eco friendly the sheets, pillowcases and towels were changed daily without asking. -
