This hotel was a very positive surprise, given that accomodation in suburbs close to international hubs is usually of poor quality. I found all aspects close to perfection, the personal service, the rooms, the acoustic privacy (important near airports). In particular, I was impressed by the legantly furnished spacious room and the huge bathroom with up-to-date functional design, everything practically unused. Access is easy, 10 to 15 minutes by taxi to/from the airport. An ideal place to spend .

My husband and I enjoyed our last three days here of our five week holiday in Buenos Aires which we enjoyed very much. It was a great retreat to wind down after an actvity packed holiday. Even though our Spanish was far from fluent... But your staff were absolutely amazing at making sure our needs were meet. We would stay again and again. This is an airport hotel with spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. It is odd in that the restaurant (one of several that the hotel advertises) is really a local coffee shop, the other restaurants are completely independent, taxi drivers looking for the hotel cannot find it without asking four or five times and a 'shuttle' is really a driver and car, probably owned by the hotel with no schedule. Staff were super friendly and spoke great english. Good laocation to get to the airport. Good shoping right outside the hotel door and a few restaurants around but the food not great in the restaurant we went to. we didnt have breakfast as we had an early flight but shuttle was great to the airport. We were looking for an airport hotel for a morning flight and this worked perfectly for proximity and providing a driver and car for us at 5:00 am to take us to the airport. The complex has a few restaurants, outside seating, and shopping so you can have a few eating options. We arrived on a very very early flight and were diverted to the airport in the city. After a long and expensive taxi to the hotel, the staff allowed us to check in 6 hours early. we really needed that extra sleep. They were very accommodating. Very very friendly staff, they helped with everything. I had to go to the airport at 5pm because my flight was leaving at 7pm, they let me stay in the room until 4.30pm, just perfect Close to the airport with free shuttle. - The hotel is 15 minutes from EZE airport. - Hotel has recently opened so everything was new. - Very friendly staff who could not have been more helpful. - Ideal for a short stay while transferring flights. Close to the airport, shuttle service, friendly accommodating staff, room decor, complimentary breakfast, excellent restaurants & shopping close by. Very nice hotel that I would use again. Clean and relatively close proximity to airport. Bedroom good bathroom good. The hotel is located in a somewhat undescript suburban area. The immediate environment, a small shopping mall, is friendly and even useful for late dining or early breakfast, but on larger scales, this is in the middle of nowhere. Other than the shopping center where it is located, with many empty shops and restaurants, there is nothing near. Even the airport is a 25 minute drive. nothing. I thought the price was a bit high compared to hotel rooms of equal quality downtown. - The hotel forms part of a newly built but very pleasant shopping centre. This was not really a problem but it looked as if the centre was not well used. The restaurants there were very quiet and some were not open. Probably not much to do there and you would need to get a taxi to go to other restaurants, etc. this is the same with many airport hotels though. None. Breakfast is not in hotel itself but covered by An arrangement with a Local resto. Is ok but not if you are on a hurry. Nothing, lovely hotel. Breakfast Was not so good. No price list in the room for the mini bar. A pool would have been nice. Was not offered the free transfer to the airport they advertise, allegedly due to the rate I had. I just don't like that kind of surprise. Even though it mentions that the transportation to the airport was free i was charged around 16 USD for the transportation. All was great. No complaints. No breakfast facilities in hotel - hotel issues voucher for a local restaurant Close to airport is 15-20 minutes away in taxi. Area surrounding hotel is dusty highway, anchors shopping mall which is 70 percent empty. Access to Hotel. Signage to get to hotel. Streetb in front of hotel Is not paved. I did not like the way letsbookhotel.com handled it. I marked on the web that I wanted to pay with pesos and that my giving the American Express card number was just for securing reservation. Also it was advertised that they had a shuttle to the airport but no mention of having to pay for it. Even though it is the closest reasonably sized hotel to the airport, it still seemed a fair way away - a 15 to 20 minute drive. And it would be good if they could provide transfers from the airport, as the local taxi drivers played games with us when we were trying to get to the hotel. Free Breakfast only bread items, location isolated, a bit pricey. too expensive and in poor area. Nowhere near the airport as specified but the free transport was appreciated. NO RESTAURANT in hotel. Have to go out to eat. The Complex in which hotel is situated is depressing to say the least.
