The hotel is right across the street from the ocean and the boardwalk is just a short walk from the hotel. It is easy to walk to beach and if weather at beach is not good, easy to go to hotel pool or boardwalk. We were fortunate enough to have one of two rooms that were completely done over by The Travel Channel after hurricane Sandy. They were beautiful. Only wish they could do so with the rest of the motel. The best location in Seaside park !!!!!!

It was a great value for the cost and the location was only one block from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was restaurant open for breakfast and lunch on site. There were some shops within walking distance and it was a short ride to the boardwalk. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. We would stay again.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Good space for my family of six. Two beach passes came in handy. Two flat screen TV's were new, but we didn't use them as there was so many other things to do out and about. -
It is not the "Ritz" but perfect for us as grandparents with 6 grandchildren.. could not beat the location and the staff fantastic....
